The Castlereagh Strata Management (CSM) has intimate experience in the establishment of some of the large and complex strata and community schemes in Australia. We have established and managed plans and estates developed by Lenland, Truland and other developers.

We utilize a unique departmental structure and cutting edge proprietary technology that divests our managers of administrative and clerical functions. This enables the strata manager to deal proactively with the owners and strata committee and for our in-house specialist departments to manage the various other complex areas impacting on schemes such as lift, WH&S, fire, insurance, building consultancy and levies recovery.
